Shipping Policy

Preparation and Dispatch

Once your order has been confirmed, we will craft and dispatch your jewellery within 1 to 3 working days. During busy periods or in exceptional circumstances, this timeframe may be extended to up to 8 working days.

Your jewellery is carefully packaged in boxes or pouches in the brand’s colours. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched, and will also be available in your account under ‘Order History and Details’.

Gift option

A gift wrapping option is available in step 3 of the checkout process, at a flat rate of €2. You can have your order delivered directly to the recipient of your choice by entering their address when placing your order, and leave a personalised message via the tab provided for this purpose.

Shipping Rates and Times

Metropolitan France: Shipping €2.50 — free for orders over €50. Estimated delivery time: 2 business days after dispatch, directly to your mailbox (Colissimo).

French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM): Shipping via Colissimo €5 — free for orders over €100. Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 days after dispatch.

European Union and Switzerland: Shipping via Mondial Relay €8 — free for orders over €70. Estimated delivery time: 5 business days after dispatch.

International (excluding EU and Switzerland): Shipping via Colissimo €11 (Europe excluding EU) or €20 (other continents). Estimated delivery time: 6 to 8 days, hand delivery with signature required.

Package Receiving

Upon receipt, please check the condition of the package and ensure its contents are correct. Aurélie Joliff cannot be held responsible for an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, nor for any loss or theft after delivery.

In the event of a lost package, we will wait for the official loss report from the carrier before reshipping the order at our expense.

For Colissimo shipments, if the package is not collected within 15 days and is returned to Aurélie Joliff, reshipping fees will be charged. No cancellation or refund will be possible in this case.
