Delivery & Returns
SHIPPING
After validating your order, we manufacture and ship your jewelry within 1 to 3 business days. In exceptional circumstances and during periods of high activity, shipping times may extend up to 8 business days. We carefully package your jewelry in cases or pouches in the brand's colors. Once the package is prepared by us, a tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail and will be available in your personal space under "Order History and Details."
Want to give it as a gift?
A gift wrapping option is available for this purpose at step 3 of the checkout process. It is available at a flat rate of 2 euros. You can have your jewelry delivered directly to the person you wish to give it to by indicating their address during the checkout process (step 2). A different billing address can be provided. If you wish to leave a message, a tab is provided for this purpose in step 3 "Delivery method."
DELIVERY METHODS
Metropolitan France
Delivery costs €2.50 and is free throughout metropolitan France for purchases of €50 or more. Once the package is prepared by us (1 to 3 business days), the package will be delivered to you within an estimated 2 business days, directly to your mailbox. If it is not large enough or if you are absent, a delivery notice will be left, allowing you to choose a new delivery date online within 6 business days or to collect your package from 3 p.m. the next day at the post office of your choice. If you do not make a choice, you can then collect your package from your local post office within 15 days.
French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM)
Delivery to the DOM-TOM is handled by Colissimo at a rate of €5 per shipment. Delivery is free for purchases of €100 or more. Once the package is prepared by us (1 to 3 business days), the package will be delivered to you within an estimated 5 to 7 days, directly to your mailbox. If it is not large enough and you are absent, a delivery notice will be left, allowing you to choose a new delivery date online within 6 business days or to collect your package from 3 p.m. the next day at the post office of your choice. If you do not make a choice, you can then collect your package from your local post office within 15 days.
European Union and Switzerland Delivery to Europe is handled by Mondial Relay at a rate of €8 per shipment. Delivery is free for purchases of €70 or more. Once the package is prepared by us (1 to 3 business days), the package will be delivered to you within an estimated 5 business days to your mailbox.
INTERNATIONAL (outside European Union countries and Switzerland)
Delivery to Europe is handled by Colissimo at a rate of €11 per shipment and €20 for other continents. Once the package is prepared by us (1 to 3 business days), the package will be delivered to you within an estimated 6 to 8 days, directly in person against signature.
RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE
In case of loss, theft or non-delivery to your address, Atta Loola will not be held responsible in any way. Aurélie Joliff cannot be held responsible for an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. If a package is lost during transit, we will wait for the package to be declared "lost" by the carrier to ensure the remaking of the said order at our expense. For Colissimo shipments, if the customer does not collect their package from the post office within 15 days and it is returned to Aurélie Joliff, a contribution to the shipping costs for reshipment will be requested and it will not be possible to cancel the order or request any refund. Upon receipt of the package, please check that the package is not damaged and that its contents are correct, otherwise we cannot be held responsible.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Exchanges Online returns are accepted. We do not accept online exchanges. If you wish to have another piece of jewelry, you will need to send us the product in question and place a new order. Exchanges are only possible at our store in Bordeaux at 38 rue des Remparts.
Order Returns and Right of Withdrawal: SATISFIED or REFUNDED Guarantee
At Aurélie Joliff, it is important, even paramount, that you are completely satisfied with your jewelry. Our jewelry has been designed, conceived, and manufactured with the greatest care, but if you are not entirely convinced, you have 15 business days* to return your order. * For the Christmas period: the return period is extended; you have one month to make an exchange, return, or request a refund, upon simple request to our customer service, by email or phone.
All returns must be reported in advance and validated with our customer service directly from your customer area "Returns."

To ensure proper delivery of your returns, we recommend shipping with a tracking number to trace your return and that it is well-packaged.
After receiving your return and our acceptance, your order can be refunded or exchanged. Only products returned in their entirety, in their complete and intact original packaging, and in perfect resale condition will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been deteriorated, will not be refunded or exchanged.
This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs, which are borne by the consumer. In the case of a refund, Aurélie Joliff undertakes to refund you within a maximum of 14 days. The consumer will then be refunded to their bank account within 7 days.
